No: Myopia is genetic. There is no study evidence that using a computer causes it or makes it worse.

Your age?: I will disagree and state that ones' environment, and that includes excessive close work as with computer use, can accelerate the development of myopia in those under ten years of age, much more common is eye fatigue caused by prolonged computer use.
