Possibly: Generally gallbladder pain occurs under your ribs on the right not over them. Also, it tends to occur after you eat (particularly greasy foods). It would be unusual for gallbladder pain to get worse throughout the day. However, gallbladder problems can act very different from patient to patient. Your doctor should be able to sort this out with you.
