If i want to take iron supplement, should i take ferrous sulfate or ferrous gluconate?

Neither: Research shows that iron bis-glycinate is significantly better absorbed than either ferrous sulfate or gluconate. Taking iron with vitamin c enhances absorption. See http://www.Ncbi.Nlm.Nih.Gov/pubmed/11688081.

Can you take 2 doeses of iron supplements (ferrous gluconate)?

Ferrous gluconate: The body can only absorb limited amounts of iron at one time. It is okay to take two doses, if so instructed by your doctor, but it's important that you take one in the morning and one in the evening.
