Not likely: I don't see how far along you are, but throughout pregnancy your baby is protected very well in that nice sac of amniotic fluid. You would have to bang your belly really hard to cause any problems, and would likely see other signs such as vaginal bleeding, cramps, etc. If there was just a little short term 'hurt', that is hurting you and not your baby.
