It may help if the : Headaches are due to muscular symptoms. Studies have shown some short term relief of back pain with manipulation when due to degenerative or muscular issues. Cervical manipulatio: Cervical manipulation is a high velocity low amplitude manipulation of the cervical spine used by chiropractors. It can lead to dangerous outcomes including stroke and is not advisable. There are arteries in the spinal column that can get damaged. Repeated manipulations may lead to joint damages and arthritis. Regular exercise is much more advisable.
