Switch: If you are not getting satisfactory answers from your doctor then one solution is to switch to another doctor. Alternatively you can get a second opinion from another physician without switching.

Not satisfied w/MD?: There are no perfect tests ; few perfect doctors. Most practitioners want you to candidly share your concerns so as to best direct you appropriately. If for any reason you didn't hit it off ideally with your first doctor, or you just want confirmation of his/her opinion, then by all means please check with another or see a GI specialist.
