Abdominal Pain: Doctors do not like anyone with abdominal pain to just sit at home and wait. There is, unfortunately, not enough information in your question to give you any valid answer. At least twenty different problems could be represented with 'left sided abdominal pain'. I would advise, as i always do when people are in pain, an urgent visit to your family physician to get this sorted out.
