I have excruciating pain in my left side abdomen overall body aches last 2 days haven't been able to get out of bed what could this be?

L abdominal pain: if upper abdomen may be gastritis with or without H pylori or may even be constipation or ovarian condition-torsion PID ,ectopic pregnancy or I have seen vaginitis produce left sided pain. if lower abdomen may be diverticulitis . if pain is excruciating you must go to the ER-call 911 if no one can take you- as they have imaging available which may be needed
