Year ago flu(?), was delirious w/fever, non-stop vomiting 6days w/out fluids. increasingly symptomatic, now diagnosed sle. renal failure causal?

Possible : Fever is a common features of sle, seen in >50%, and the pattern of the fever help determine its significance. Sle vasculitis can lead to pancreatitis & peritonitis, so its in the realm of possibilities that your non-stop vomiting x6days was due to this. Lupus presents in anyway it likes and sometime we won't know until a pattern is seen. Regardless, need to address renal failure asap.
