Probably: Any time you start using muscle groups you have not used for a while (or ever) the muscle tissue has tiny areas of bleeding and then repairs itself and grows larger and stronger. This makes it ache and be sore to the touch. Keep it up. It is good for you, and be proud of yourself for doing this. Not everybody is willing or able. Great work.
