Foot swelling: Lower extremity swelling not unusual after saphenous vein harvesting. May need support hose, get wound checked to be sure no infection.

Also a function of heart failure. Talk to your cardiologist. Better heart function will give you better leg size. Keep a close eye on your diuretic medicine.
