Lose weight : There really isn't a way to safely lose 2 inches off your waist in 2 weeks. Weight loss doesn't happen that quickly. Don't diet, don't take diet pills. Eat lean protein, veggies, fruits, and do cardiovascular exercise. Cut out the carbs, sweets, sodas, etc.
