Not a good idea: not a good idea to eliminate carbohydrates since your body runs on carbohydrates for energy. Even vegetables are low in carbs and provide some of the carbs your body needs. To answer your question, NO carb- leaves protein and fat, meat, chicken, fish, eggs, nuts and seeds. Carbs are found in fruits, grains, beans. Cheese might be carb free, read the label.
