Derm/surgeon/uro: Removal of a sebaceous cyst can be done using local anesthesia by a dermatologist, general surgeon or urologist. If you are far from the city or can't get in to a specialist a good family physician could also perform this simple procedure - if they do minor surgery in their clinic.
