Weight Loss: Working out would certainly help you. Start slowly by walking 15 to 20 minutes a day. Gradually increase time and speed of walking. Eventually introduce weight resistance twice a week and consult with a nutritionist to help with your eating plan. Base your diet on plant based protein. Best wishes.
