Get help 4 symptoms: Sometimes anxiety builds on itself, or on the anticipation of an undesired but associated outcome (like diarrhea). There are almost as many approaches to address anxiety as anxious people. Seeing a doctor?: This sounds like panic disorder. I would recommend speaking to a board certified, licensed psychiatrist or physician in your area. The severity of your anxiety, and the symptoms that you experience will be helpful in diagnosing you. This is a treatable issue ; seek professional advice face-to-face. Best wishes and good luck.
