Can be round: Eczema can be round spots, called nummular eczema. Of course, other rashes may also have round spots. So, a patient has to go with the opinion of the doctor who can examine the round spot(s) in real life. If the rash doesn't go away as expected with treatment, the doctor can recheck the rash.
