Suicide: I am not sure what is meant by plastic tying straw. One can commit suicide with their boot or shoe strings. If one is dying by strangulation and not by hanging - the material does not have to be that strong. Even nylons can be used to kill someone.

Many: There are many ways, some of which are unusual for people to die. If someone is feeling suicidal, there is always help out there and available. All you have to do is ask for it. See a psychiatrist or your physician who can guide you and point you in the right direction to get help.
