Yes: Yes. Don't let yourself think that way. As humans, we have weaknesses, but we have to forgive ourselves. It is easy to develop depression and beliefs that stop us from adapting. But you don't have to think that way. You can retrain yourself to appreciate and enjoy life. Read about cognitive behavioral therapy. I want you to believe you can get better. And visit a physician who will help you.
