Headaches: Headaches that are atypical, severe or progressive may represent serious medical problems. Associated symptoms such as fever, weakness, clumsiness, vomiting or visual problems suggest more serious causes. Variations in normal headaches are less concerning. It iwould be best to have it evaluated and determine that it is not a serious problem.

Cluster headache: is the most painful of all the primary headache disorders. Because of the intense pain, cluster patients often pace the floor or bang their heads during headache episodes while rubbing or holding the painful site in any attempt to distract themselves from the pain. Some patients say that "my eyeball is being pushed out," or "there is a hot poker sticking in my eye." See a headache specialist ASAP
