Gastritis / GORD: Pain in your upper tummy (abdomen) just below the breastbone (sternum) . Other symptoms which may occur include loss of appetite, bloating, retching, feeling sick (nausea) and being sick (vomiting). You may feel particularly 'full' after a meal.
