Gastritis / GORD: Pain in your upper tummy (abdomen) just below the breastbone (sternum) . Other symptoms which may occur include loss of appetite, bloating, retching, feeling sick (nausea) and being sick (vomiting). You may feel particularly 'full' after a meal. Dizziness is not commonly caused by gastritis but severe pain can give feeling of dizziness. http://patient.info/health/gastritis
