Will taking thyroid medication during perimenopause help improve perimenopause symptoms?

If you: Take the correct amount of brand name T4 replacement to return your thyroid levels to normal, you will return your metabolic rate to normal -- and then your symptoms will be whatever they would have been if you didn't have a thyroid problem to begin with. Good luck.
