?: It is never normal to have an enlarged spleen. Has that been investigated? You don't list anything related to it in your conditions. That should be thoroughly investigated and the cause determined or the condition ruled out.

Splenomegaly: Aside from the cause of your large spleen it is important to avoid trauma to the right side of your abdomen and right flank. Spontaneous rupture is unusual, but can occur. If you become light-headed, short of air, rapid pulse, pale or any other unusual symptoms (the pain is worse and in different areas, your bowels are not moving) see a doctor asap. Be careful, get better.
