Probably Pool: In dysautonomia, their is an inability to regulate the autonomic nervous system. As a result, blood pressure, heart rate, temperature can fluctuate dramatically in dysautonimia patients. Pool based exercises are likely to be less rigorous, more controlled and water will help regulate temperature. There is less liklihood of autonomic dysfunction with pool based exercise.
