A member asked:

What is pain from corpus leutum cysts of the ovary referred to as umbilicus? is it the same thing as ovarian cysts?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Yes: Corpus luteum cysts occur in the ovary. Referred pain is pain due to inflammation in one area which is perceived to be in another area. So pain initiating in the ovarian cyst can be felt in the umbilicus (belly button). Not unlike feeling heart pain radiating down the arm.
