2 weeks: The corpus luteum is the cyst that occurs after a woman ovulates it typically stays present for 10- 16 days. The cyst comes every moth but should not last longer than 16 days. Sometimes the cyst can have internal bleeding and can cause pain. I suggest you contact your doctor to disuse this and it treatment
