Little and ring : Tingling may mean that the ulnar nerve is irritated or the lower cervical nerve roots in the neck are affected. These are the more common reasons for the symptoms of tingling in the little and ring fingers.

Now: Numbness for hour worrisome. Pinky tingle of ulnar parasthesia should immed remit with arm position change. I oft found tilted shoulder girdle & deconditioned superior trapezius muscle (thin leading edge) on shoulder downslope side. Radial pulse disappearance as arm abducts & positive ultrasound oft confirm thoracic outlet syndrome (transient subclavian artery impinge). Vascular surgeons know.
