ADHD starts as child: Adhd starts typically in early childhood usually before age 7. It is possible that it may not be picked up that age but retrospectively thinking you may be able to make a case for it. Remember difficulty with concentration could be part of many other disorders; major depression, anxiety etc. You are better off seeing a psychiatrist for evaluation.

ADD: You are not too old to have add, many adults have gone undiagnosed throughout their childhood. Lack of concentration however does not necessarily mean you have add. If you want to know for sure consult with a mental health professional who does testing for add. My best.

Can't concentrate: Lack of concentration is only 1 of several symptoms of add. Thorough evaluation by a psychiatrist will help rule in/rule out this or other possible causes.
