That depends: Sometimes chocolate can actually be healthy.Eating dark chocolate which is bitter provides high concentrations of flavanols (antioxidants). If it is at least 75% dark chocolate it can help to reduce cholesterol levels & protect from heart & liver disease. It may reduce feeling stressed & help to control appetite.
