In a person who takes insulin, we'd be getting concerned, because injected insulin will lower sugar whether the patient needs sugar lowered further or not. But your pancreas will automatically regulate insulin release to keep sugar normal. Glucoses in the 60s and 50s are seen all the time in healthy non-diabetics.
