See your doctor: There isn't enough historical details to determine the cause, and because the pigmentation issue needs to be examined physically, it's best to see your doctor. First. They may refer you to a dermatologist. It's always good to have this documented in your chart, and photos taken, so the change in color can be noted ; compared. S/he may order labs too depending on the findings.
