I've heard of none: It sounds like you have concerns about cost. Perhaps you can find a sliding-scale clinic near you. Many places do have them. If the anxiety is severe, you'd want a professional to guide the treatment even if there was an otc. Many providers are sensitive to their community's needs - ask and maybe you'll be pleasantly surprised.
