Several: Temporary (3 months) use of kava can be helpful, as long as you don't have liver dysfunction or alcohol abuse. You'd need your doctor to monitor liver enzymes if you use this. Valerian, lemon balm, hops, and passion flower extract are others. There are also non-pharmaceutical treatments like psychotherapy that can be extremely helpful -- so you don't even have to rely on food supplements.
