Ear Infections: I assume you are referring to otitis media (middle ear infection) - this is usually related to bloackge of the eustachian tube by "congestion" resulting in build up of bacteria in middle ear. If you mean ottis externa (swimmer's ear) - there are various therapies available to maintain a dry ear canal.
