Pruritis Ani: Pruritis in not related to worms per say. It is related to ph issues of the stool, trauma from increased wiping and aggressive cleaning and even chemicals from some otc therapy. Try local care with balneol otc and a barrier cream and increase the fiber in your diet or some insoluble fiber supplement for long term prevention.
