Relaxation exercises: There's a type of psychological help for test anxiety known as cognitive-behavioral therapy. Many anxious people also find relief by learning and practicing relaxation exercises. Be sure to ask your doctor. Good luck! "dr. Z" p.S. I agree with dr. Bey who recommends also contacting your school re testing options. Many students find an alternative testing situation to be helpful.

Therapy & school: I'd suggest cbt therapy and talking to the schools office of disability concerns to see if they can give you some accomodation (more time etc) see if your doc & or therapist will back up your request.
