Relaxation exercises: There's a type of psychological help for test anxiety known as cognitive-behavioral therapy. Therapy & school: I'd suggest cbt therapy and talking to the schools office of disability concerns to see if they can give you some accomodation (more time etc) see if your doc & or therapist will back up your request.
