Honestly & openly.: Tell them immediately about suicidal thoughts. If you have a plan, means & a desire to kill yourself – you need to go to the nearest emergency room). Tell them about your mood & how it is affecting your well being. Let them know if you are having problems w appetite, energy level, sleep, motivation, memory or focus. Avoid blaming. Ask them to help you to get professional mental health care.
