Therapy, ? meds: If you are clinically depressed, which is a medical issue, your first concern should not be your parent's reaction but instead reaching out for help. Please get a professional evaluation first. Regular exercise, a healthy diet and a peer support system can be helpful but does not replace therapy and medications when indicated.
