Parents.: Instead of waiting for your parents to notice - talk with them about it candidly. Tell them about your mood, energy level, motivation, concentration & self esteem. If you have suicidal thoughts - it is imperative that you tell them this immediately. Never assume that others will know what you are feeling - tell them. Take care.
