Isn't just one..: There is not a "best one" of either of the medications you ask about. Different medications have different reasons to be used and effects. Your doctor has knowledge of what the different ones do, and puts that together with your specific symptoms and problems, including any other meds and supplements you are on, how many times a day you will remember to take meds, etc. Care is individualized!
