Antidepressant sleep: Well certainly you must have a discussion about this. Perhaps your doses are not optimized, perhaps the medications need to be changed. Talk to the doctor.

Yes: Also, if you have excessive daytime sleepiness ask if there is a possibility of getting a sleep study or being referred to a sleep physician.
