Eating Disorders are: Since anorexia & bulemia are very serious illnesses which can lead to death, it is imperative to get professional help. In addition there are support groups which can be an adjunct to psychotherapy. A team approach with a psychiatrist, psychologist and nutritionist or an intensive day program may be the best way to start. There are some great programs available, use them!
