It's not clear: I would need to know more about you. Are you overweight? Are you having trouble losing weight? Do your friends think you are overweight or just you? You may have an eating disorder, but it's hard to tell given so little information. Speak with a therapist who specializes in eating disorders to figure this out.

In the us, we're bombarded w/ conflicting messages about food. Many are about some foods being "good" & others being "bad." we're also told, "u are what u eat." logically then, if we eat "bad" foods then we are bad.
