Hi. i have vegetable (different types) everyday nearly every meal. does this count as towards my 5 a day and is this healthy way of eating veggies ?

Yes: If you have daily various vegetables .. variety id good , colors, ... should be daily part of nutrution along with serving of fruit. Also helthy to incorporate nuts, legumes.... lean protein ( fish, eggs, yogurt, ..) if you not allergic to any of these. Yes vegetable as main " menu" prepared various ways is excellent soutce of natursl carbs and minerals and vitamines. Enjoy
