Get treated: Anorexia nervosa is deadly. If you believe you have it, get with a specialist now. Inpatient or outpatient, the key is compliance on your part. If you feel you need an inpatient program, chances are it can be made available -- this isn't my area, but savvy providers aim to prevent the worse effects. I am very glad you asked and hope you'll find the strength to do what you need to.
