Aldactone (spironolactone): 26F FL having waves of intense fatigue with PCOS, headache, on spironolactone. Hx. cardiac ablation. Heavy flow (assume menstrual). Asks what's wrong? ANS: Need much more Hx. So why ablation? Even had low K and or HTN How long on Spiro? Common side effect is heavy flow. I specialize in these sort of problems and happy to given second opinion.
