A member asked:

What are these feelings of shocks i feel all over when i get up and walk around? they last less than a second. feels like my body is hicuping.

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Anxiety?: Shock symptoms are very different than "going into shock." going into shock is a medical term for a rapid loss of blood pressure, meaning your blood isn't moving through your system and you are at severe risk of injury or death. Anxiety doesn't have this problem. What anxiety does have are intermittent feelings of "shock" as though electric bolts are passing through your body.
