Abnormal EMG: Often needs further evaluation to see underling cause and diagnosis (i.e. Guillaine Barre, vs POTS vs other myopathy) prior to treatment. What was his diagnosis?

Can a B6 of 363 on blood test lead to feelings of cold feet and lower legs which I've had since 12/19. Lumbar MRI is good, EMG good. Better when I stand or walk/exercise, worse when I sit. Neuro exam passed no issues. Any thoughts about B6?
