Urethritis: Or UTI involving some portion of the urinary tract, likely the bladder. If urethritis, possibly a std and this needs specific treatment and testing for others. If UTI this needs treatment and a full evaluation to determine the extent of disease and the cause for a young man to develop this. Although common in women, men do not get utis without suspicion of an anatomic abnormality. Go now.
