2yr old -had loose stools for 3wks, now massive diarrhea + black specs, watery, orange, 3 days. no lactose, juice, sugar in diet. no changes in diet. ?

Diarrhea: If there is any concern that those black specks are blood then you need to see your child's doctor. She/he will want to know about travel, animal exposure, camping, lack exposure, sick family members, recent food exposure, family history of intestinal diseases(especially ulcerative colitis or crohn''s).
